I'd consider that as a personal attack. Ampharos was merely stating a fact. Ashwee hasn't been on the forums since her application was made. There was no need for you to make an assumption that he felt important because he stated that.

Though that isn't listed as one of the requirements, but by nature of the position, a FM is required to be around the forums to moderate activities on it, be informed about the server, help players, etc. If she is unable to commit herself to this unspoken responsibility, then how would she be able to fulfil the tasks of being a FM?

But it's a fact Ashwee hasn't been on the forums since she made her application. Does that make him feel imporotant just because he's made his? Sure, like you said, people can do whatever they want. But it reflects the committment, and the possible dedication they have and will have towards the server, which apparently, if you just make an application here and leave, doesn't reflect too good on that part.

And I'm talking about unspoken responsibility even BEFORE being a FM. If you can't show you have that you can even be on the forums, IMO, you shouldn't deserve that position. And she just proved Ampharos's point.
