How Long Have You Played This Server For: since you were born
Why do you want to be a GM?: TO HAVE FUN.
What do you think qualifies you to be a GM?: IM PRO
Experience: I HAVE ALOT OF EXP. IM PRO!
If a group were fighting over something, what would you do?: GO SCREW AROUND SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Why did you make this?
Because on many MANY Private servers have gm apps like this.
i do not want people like this who want to be gm to do this...
its like not even caring xD. So I made this JUST A "FYI".

Honestly, you should really write in the points of, "How not to screw up your GM application" saying,
- Don't make your GM app on a Guest account.
- Don't make it your first post.
- Don't be a suck-up.

that doesnt really matter.
the last one wotn really help since everyone does it anyway.
and the 2nd idea is not really needed unless you want to be a forum moderator
on the first its fine as long as you put a contact or ign on.
but thanks for suggesting
[these are only my lame opinions]
Re: How NOT to screw up your GM App!
Actually I find the points Ampharos made, rather valid.
Don't make your GM app on a Guest account.
It just shows the lack of sincerity, especially when applying for an important role.
Don't make it your first post.
Again, it shows the lack of sincerity. And who knows, he/she might have already done the same thing on every other server which are open for GM applications, just waiting to see which one accepts him/her.
Don't be a suck-up.
IMO, GM applications should be judged on facts and qualities, and not how they can sweet-talk someone into giving them the position.
Just my humble input. :l

I think commitment would deem a better term than sincerity, as sincere really just means honest and open. But I agree with Ampharos' points as well.Mishee wrote:Actually I find the points Ampharos made, rather valid.

Ironically, I made my GM App my first post, but I've been active on the forums and in-game and have been waiting patiently.

Re: How NOT to screw up your GM App!
My bad. Though I think sincerity also plays a part in determining the outcome of one's application.
It might be a little judgmental to base a person's dedication to a server by how they post on the forums, etc. As seen in Cyclone's case, he's indeed shown that he's committed to helping and being a part of the server. However, this doesn't usually apply to all applicants.
